Ramen Misoya
Commemorates Its First Anniversary

• Ramen Misoya commemorated its first Anniversary and served special ramen noodles at four dollars each on August 25 and 26 to thank its customers’ patronage.
• Kohei Tomita, General Manager of Misoya, said that President of his company has had a mission to contribute to local communities through its business. Thus Tomita wants to express the company’s gratitude for customers by offering special ramen menu for four dollars each. The proceeds will be donated to the Village of Mount Prospect.

• Ahead of the special menu days, a ribbon cutting ceremony was held on August 18. Mount Prospect Mayor Arlene A. Juracek and other Village dignities joined the ceremony.
• Mayor Juracek said that she and her husband had visited Misoya for several times and enjoyed ramen noodles. She congratulated Misoya’s first anniversary saying, “It is wonderful to have a traditional Japanese restaurant here that is world renown for a traditional Japanese food. We wish them continue to success.
