Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake (Online)

Nancy Matsumoto, award-winning writer & editor and Michael Tremblay, Beverage Director, Ki Modern Japanese + Bar will describe how Exploring the World of Japanese Craft Sake came to be published, offering an overview of the book’s contents and describing what craft sake is and how it is made. They will also tell the story of the birth of ginjo sake and discuss current trends in sake. This session will end with a guided tasting of a selection of sakes. All attendees will receive a recommended list of sake for a virtual tasting after the presentation.
