JET Program Information Session

  • Japan Information Center, Consulate-General of Japan in Chicago 737 North Michigan Avenue Chicago, IL, 60611 United States (map)

Join Japan’s JET Program coordinators along with JET alumni to learn more about the program and how you could live and work in Japan. The Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Program is an employment opportunity for anyone with a Bachelor's degree to live in Japanese cities, towns, and villages while working in public schools and government offices across the country. During the Information Session, the JET Program Coordinators and JET Alumni will discuss living and working in Japan as a JET, as well as how to be a successful applicant. We will hold a presentation with an overview of the JET Program followed by a Q&A session with the Coordinators and Alumni. This is an excellent chance for those still working on the application to ask any questions, or for those planning to apply in the future to learn more about the JET Program. For more information on the JET Program, please visit https://jetprogramusa.org/.
