The Ikebana International Chicago Chapter #27 celebrates 2023 Ikebana Day at the Chicago Otanic Garden. On June 10, Ohara School of Ikebana master Jose Salcedo will lead workshops for beginners and advanced students of Ikebana, the Japanese practice of flower arrangement. On June 11, he will demonstrate the art of Ikebana. Salcedo has taught both Ohara School and Ikenobo School Ikebana for over 25 years.
