In Japan, it is customary to celebrate the Momo no sekku (peach festival) in March. In this workshop, we will make Nerikiri peach blossoms and peach fruits. Enjoy making nerikiri with spring-like colors together. Nerikiri was originally made to be served at Japanese tea ceremonies and are one style of Japanese sweets. Nerikiri is made by mixing and kneading white butter-bean paste and mochi rice dough.
